hector’s take on ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: Spice Cake with Peanut Buttercream (page 35), is done with hazelnut instead of peanut. i adore the taste of peanut butter, but since i have inherited a 5 kg can of pure hazelnut paste from Italy, why not.
