what happens if u have extra orange curd from ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: True Orange Genoise (page 179)?

use it as dressing for cole slaw salad. it is just perfect and reminiscent of a tangy creamy dressing and flavors of tangy currants or grapes.

on the making of ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: True Orange Genoise (page 179), here is the orange curd:

using lemon oil instead of zest, adding 4 drops of french arome, and using kona rangpur lemons instead of seville oranges.

the result was as orange as i can get.
