ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: Molten Chocolate Souffle and Lava Cakes (page 359), is a clever flourless chocolate cake stuffed with a ganache ball. when heated, the ganache melts!
the book recommends using an empty egg carton lined with plastic, so create the little ganache balls. instead, i piped it (sorry, looks a little funny!)
