hector’s take on ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: Chocolate Tomato Cake with Mystery Ganache (page 87), cupcakes. 48 of them. fill each cupcake liner with 25 gr of cake batter, same oven temperature. baking time 15-20 min. after the cupcakes are cool, mix the ganache and immediatelly pour it on the cupcakes
