Designer 10 Chocolate Baby Grands (page 303) – ristretto take

this is my ristretto take for ROSE’S heavenly CAKES:  Designer Chocolate Baby Grands (page 303).  start with a 20 gr little cake, then add a short shot of the creamiest espresso you can make.  i am using fresh coffee from my friends in molokai.

to make the machiato take, top this off with a spoonful of milk froth

this is another shot of my creamy espresso from my friends in Molokai, the full cup is turned into a latte.
