recipe: on a large cappuccino cup, preferably glass, add 2 shots of well made espresso (preferably Hawaiian Espresso Molokai Style from coffeesofhawaii.com), add equal volume of hot milk, and add equal volume of froth. then drop one or two designer chocolate baby grands, ganached, glazed, wrappers removed. and for those of you who have been following my work since 2006, this was lunch!
