Whipped 02 Cream Cake (page 29) – heavenly rose take

making a 3x batch of ROSE’S heavenly CAKES:  Whipped 01 Cream Cake (page 29), because each youtube star wanted a take!  here is 1x batter, measured by weight, baked on a cast aluminum rose bundt pan, 10 cup capacity.

how the deep amber crust and golden crumb was achieved?  no high fat cream, instead make your own!  when executing the whipped cream stage for this cake, make ‘real old-fashioned whipped cream’ (cake bible recipe) ignoring the sugar part.  also, the freshest and most warm buttery butter produced by my local cow lady was used.  enjoy, and make this cake as soon as you can.  this is the easiest and heavenly tender yellow cake i have found on earth.

p.s.  shall you freeze or serve this cake after the 1st day, warm it up for a few seconds in the microwave.  in my opinion, this cake is best showcased when served slightly warm;  which reminds me of the chinese yellow cakes from my mother which were steamed instead of baked!

    Hector, it’s incredibly helpful that you tested out the technique of adding butter to cream to bring the fat content up to 40%. Lovely cake, must make this soon!
