Hector, I loved revisiting these, it’s wonderful to see all the different ways you’ve presented this cake, you’re very creative and talented!
So, I have to ask, did you make those beautiful lady fingers?
All your chocolate flowers and leaves are just exquisite.
Thx plenty dear J. Yes, these are my wondra lady fingers. Can hardly wait to taste the baby oblivions this Friday. I added 2 drops of la cuisine’s chocolate arome, skipped the sugar since the chocolate I used is only 56%, and hear this: I folded the batter with my BOSCH!

Awesome Hector! Each cake is so special!
Some day Hector, some day, ‘ll come to Hawaii and take classes frm you 🙂
The visual contrast of the cut La Yellow Porcelaine is quite a treat.
And always wondered how you piped the petals for the ‘Grand Marnier Rose’ in the home page…beautiful.
we shall all meet in hawaii, maybe in 2011 ok?
Remembered what you once said in Roses’ post, to be careful what you ask for, as you may just get it! Impossible is nothing, as the Addidas ad goes.
Neways, looking forward to seeing the Baby Chocolate Oblivions..must be quite a sweet task.
I bow before the master.
K, we have the best teacher!
