Individual 05 Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes (page 339) – on measuring spoons

this is my idea to perfect already perfect measuring spoons.  while making ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: Individual Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes (page 339).  stagger 2 sets of colors together for easier identification!

do you know measuring spoons are manufactured with a very large margin of differences?  most are far from accurate.  be sure to use the ones which has been scientifically measured and manufactured with precision.  a teaspoon of baking powder does not behave the same as 1 1/4 tsp!

What a neat idea to stagger the colors! I just got the black ones too. Mine will be black and ivory, like a piano.

Wowie, wow, wow, I didn’t realize that these came in colors! I must have gotten mine back when only white was available. Hector, I love how yours is your signature color, and Matthew, the piano keys version is inspired.

I’m off now to check on colors.
