Ceci reports her family loved every serving of her take on ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: Saint-Honore Triffle (page 227). you all know, moistened sponge cakes, fresh cream and fruit, are my fave!

what i admire in Colombia, is the readily available high quality high fat whipping cream, non ultra pasteurized and sans additives! just look at the beautiful ivory yellow hue of this whipped cream:

from Ceci: “Hola amigo, mira mi trifle…. A mi family le encantó!. Admiraron mucho la suavidad del sabor. A mi me hubiera gustado más sabor a naranja, creo que usé una mermelada de muy mala calidad. Para la próxima la hago yo pues no se sentía para nada el sabor a naranja. Usé Grand Marnier. Bueno a todo el mundo le encantó.”
