i only made 3 ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: Baby Chocolate Oblivions (page 371), and the rest of the batter made a 6″ take.

this is the milk chocolate variation. the topping is raspberry mousseline.

    Raspberry mousseline sounds like a great pairing, and I love, love, love this design! Did you use a springform or 2″ high cake pan?

      J, so easy to make raspberry mousseline when you have some plain mousseline in the freezer plus American Spoon Foods raspberry butter! Of course a drop of La Cuisine’s arome, too!

      This is 1x recipe of the Baby Chocolate Oblivions on a 6×3″ loose bottom pan, filled 2/3 full. The rest of the batter made 3 cupcakes.
