because i used a 9×2″ pan instead of a 9×3″ pan, the extra batter baked on silicone cupcake pans lined with foil muffin liners. for ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: Coconut Cheesecake (page 250).
and what i love most about this coconut cheesecake, is the custard creamy texture. yumm!
Se ven deliciosos. Mi ensayo de cheesecake con full fat natural yogurt en lugar de sour cream, fue un fracaso!. Aunque cuajo bien, el custard estaba lleno de grumos. :(. Mi siguiente ensayo será hacer sour cream casero.
Me parece es debido a que tu cream cheese estuvo muy frio al batirlo?
