WOW!!! Cheesecake in a Bundt pan??? Who would believe. Now I’m quite eager to try it. Any restrictions or concerns I should know in advance? Loading... Reply September 3, 2010 at 4:19 pm
I only tried this recipe and it is flourless and custard based. I don’t think a heavier denser cheesecake that uses flour or cornstarch would unmold like jello. Also, the pretty finish comes from sprinkling coconut flakes after unmolding http://myyellowkitchen.com/2010/09/02/coconut-11-cheesecake-page-250-–-cascade-bundt-pan/ Sent from my iPhone Loading... Who produced the Cascade Cake pan used for the cheesecake. I have nearly 50 Bundt pans, but I have never seen the one you used. Loading... Reply September 3, 2010 at 4:24 pm
