when ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: Chocolate Velvet Fudge Cake (page 117) is baked on a silicone pan, it turns exceptionally moist and shiny! the recipe calls for a 10-cup fluted tube pan. should i try, also, with a 7-inch round fluted non-tube pan?
M, i’ve just served 8 servings and has been commented as “is this a brownie or a cake?” it has a bite moist chew to it, i just answered: “it is a “chocolate fudge cake”
Yes! Unless, of course, you already have too much cake around the house… 🙂
