Coconut 12 Cheesecake (page 250) – the last take

it is NOT recommended to freeze cheesecakes, as on ROSE’S heavenly CAKES: Coconut Cheesecake (page 250).


but i did and i am ‘happy with it.’  is either freezing or eating all my takes above my calorie needs.  possibly, the reason i am able to freeze cheesecakes is that i bake the cheesecake firmer:  longer baking time and until internal temperature is 160 oF.

this is hector’s cheesecake take baked with the wilton cascade fluted tube cake pan.
