Lovely piping! I thought the milk choc ganache would be light brown, but it looks like a beautiful, darker color- nice contrast with the light cake.
thx J, good observation. my local milk chocolate has a pretty dark color, plus I am using a small part of dark chocolate, too, per the recipe recommendation.
